
Tuna Pasta
The easiest high-protein dinner. Tuna stirred through pasta with cherry tomatoes, capers and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 160 g pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 cans tuna in olive oil, drained
- 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- Handful flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- Olive oil, salt, black pepper
Method
- 1Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water.
- 2Sauté garlic in olive oil 1 min. Add cherry tomatoes, cook 4 min.
- 3Add capers and tuna. Stir gently to warm through.
- 4Drain pasta and toss with the tuna sauce. Add a splash of pasta water if dry.
- 5Finish with parsley, black pepper and chilli flakes if using.
