
Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk or skimmed milk
- 100 g low-fat Greek yoghurt (0 %)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (~25 g)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- Small handful of mixed berries to serve
Method
- 1Mix oats, milk, yoghurt, protein powder, chia seeds and honey in a jar.
- 2Stir well, seal and refrigerate overnight (minimum 6 hours).
- 3In the morning, stir again. Add a splash of milk if too thick.
- 4Top with berries and eat straight from the jar.
