Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk or skimmed milk
  • 100 g low-fat Greek yoghurt (0 %)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (~25 g)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Small handful of mixed berries to serve

Method

  1. 1Mix oats, milk, yoghurt, protein powder, chia seeds and honey in a jar.
  2. 2Stir well, seal and refrigerate overnight (minimum 6 hours).
  3. 3In the morning, stir again. Add a splash of milk if too thick.
  4. 4Top with berries and eat straight from the jar.
