
Ham & Philadelphia Rolls
Slices of lean ham spread with light cream cheese, rolled and stacked in a container. A quick high-protein snack you can make ahead and keep in the fridge for a day or two.

Ingredients
- 4 slices lean cooked ham (~80 g)
- 4 tbsp Philadelphia Light (~60 g)
- Chives
- Salt & Pepper
- Optional: Some pickled gherkins
Method
- 1Mix Philadelphia Light with a few snipped chives, black pepper, salt, and some chopped pickles if you like
- 2Lay each ham slice flat on a board and spread the mix over each slice
- 3Roll each slice tightly and layer them in an airtight container
- 4Store in the fridge. Keeps for 2 days.
