Ingredients

  • 4 slices lean cooked ham (~80 g)
  • 4 tbsp Philadelphia Light (~60 g)
  • Chives
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Optional: Some pickled gherkins

Method

  1. 1Mix Philadelphia Light with a few snipped chives, black pepper, salt, and some chopped pickles if you like
  2. 2Lay each ham slice flat on a board and spread the mix over each slice
  3. 3Roll each slice tightly and layer them in an airtight container
  4. 4Store in the fridge. Keeps for 2 days.
