
Apple Brownies
Just eggs, apple and cocoa, blended smooth and baked — no flour needed. A soft, custardy chocolate apple brownie finished with a light dusting of icing sugar.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 apples, skin on, cored and deseeded
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- Icing sugar, to dust
Method
- 1Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Line a small baking tin with baking paper.
- 2Core and deseed the apples, keeping the skin on. Roughly chop.
- 3Blend the eggs, apples and cocoa powder together until smooth.
- 4Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes.
- 5Let it cool fully in the tin before removing.
- 6Dust with icing sugar and cut into 6 pieces to serve.
