Apple Brownies

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 apples, skin on, cored and deseeded
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Icing sugar, to dust

Method

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Line a small baking tin with baking paper.
  2. 2Core and deseed the apples, keeping the skin on. Roughly chop.
  3. 3Blend the eggs, apples and cocoa powder together until smooth.
  4. 4Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Let it cool fully in the tin before removing.
  6. 6Dust with icing sugar and cut into 6 pieces to serve.
